At Loyal Coffee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your brew; while we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we are happy to resolve any issues with equipment or apparel within 30 days.

Ensure your brewing equipment or apparel is unused, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day window from the date of delivery.
Ship Your Item
Once approved, securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our roasting facility.
Receive Refund or Credit
After we inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
